Growing up, Ursula aspired to work in the public sector. After an internship with the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade, she decided to experiment with her career by interning for a Bay Area startup. That experience lead her to a life-changing pivot into the world of software.

She is now a product manager at AppFolio, Inc., on a mission to delight property managers. She has most recently collaborated on the development of mobile property inspection and a revolutionary online lease signing tool.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Legal Studies from UC Berkeley, is an avid tango dancer, surfer and volleyball player.
