Dominique Aubry, Principal of Beyond Expectations LLC., co-founder of Jubilee Healthy Snacks and Managing Director of Impact Hub Philadelphia brings a mix of entrepreneurial, educational, governmental, and non-profit experience to the Lean Startup space.

Dominique has worked as a lean practitioner providing training and services to the start-up, non-profit, social good and government sector through her work with Lean Startup Machine and Lean Impact. Her prior professional experience includes Director of Strategy, Talent and Operations for Teach for America, Facilities Contract Manager at the School District of Philadelphia, and Assistant Managing Director for the Mayor’s Office of Leadership Investment for the City of Philadelphia.

Dominique holds a B.A. in Political Science from Lehigh University and a Master Degree in Science Policy Planning & Evaluation and Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.
