Holly is a user experience research and design expert. After 6 years of systems and usability engineering at Lockheed Martin, Holly decided to go out on her own. She runs her consulting business from Stuttgart, Germany and helps clients understand and connect with users from around the world.
Holly started her career as a weather officer, and quickly learned that forecasting the weather was too final for her, she enjoys a more iterative process. After transitioning to engineering and attaining her master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design she was able to pursue her passion of discovering what makes people tick and learning how to bring more joy to their day with a user experience tailored to them. In Holly’s eyes, from the simplest task (like an easy to find “submit” button), to a beautifully designed beginning to end customer experience; great user research and design is her contribution to making the world a better place.
