Laura Klein helps startups learn more about their customers so they can build better products faster. Her career has spanned 15 years as an engineer and designer. Laura is also the author of UX for Lean Startups from the O’Reilly Lean Series, and creator of the popular design blog, Users Know.

During the day, Laura is a Mentor at Tradecraft where she helps train the next generation of UX Designers, and the VP Product at Hint Health where she’s trying to make healthcare affordable. In her spare time she pretends she has enough time to write another book.
