Sam McAfee is a Principal at Neo, where he provides advising in Agile and Lean practice, leads product validation project teams, and helps oversee the engineering team with a particular focus on data and analytics, and scaling. Before coming to Neo, Sam worked variously as a consultant, and as a leader of consumer-facing web product teams. He co-founded a web development agency in 2002, which he ran for a decade before joining Change.org as the Director of Web Engineering in 2012, and then serving as VP of Engineering for Luxr in 2013.
