* Gold passholders have a choice of attending Tuesday through Thursday or Wednesday through Friday. We ask you to choose at registration, but we’ll give you a chance to change your mind after we publish the full program.
* We reserve a number of $200 Scholarship Passes for bootstrappers and employees of very early-stage startups and small non-profits. The Scholarship Pass is the same as the Silver Pass but requires that you apply. We encourage students to apply to attend as volunteers; email our Executive Producer, Melissa Moore to let her know you’re interested.
* We collect questions for any keynote Q&As via an online form, so everyone has equal opportunity to ask questions, no matter which room you’re in.

* Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
* Ticket delivery method: Once you register for the conference, you’ll receive confirmation via email. You do not need to bring confirmation with you on the day of the conference.
* Privacy policy: Lean Startup Productions partners with Eventbrite for our conference ticketing transactions. Through Evenbrite, we collect a minimum amount of information in order to register you for the conference. We do not share your information with any other parties. Eventbrite also collects your payment information but does not share it with us. The Eventbrite privacy policy is listed on their site.
